Continued Progress At Country Crossing

The sewer treatment plant is doing well and is very much on schedule. The main tank is complete and getting it last minute paint touch ups. Outside the tank the lines are being hooked up and with in the next little while they will start the testing process. Talking to the project manager everything is running right on schedule, the only thing they are waiting for is to get hooked up by Alabama Power to the main power. He said, 'it is O.K because the back up generator is hooked up and we can go off that for the time being.' This has been an enormous welding job and I for one have been very impressed.

The Amphitheater has also seen a bunch of progress over the last few days. The left hand restroom/concession area has its roof on. The right hand restroom/concessions are ready to set trusses and the walls are about finished in the box office building. There has also been a lot of foundation work completed for the walls of the 'train station'. Thankfully the ground has really dried out over the last few days and lots of work has been done on the stage area and you can see what an amazing venue this will be. In just over 30 day we will be gathering to support the food bank and have a great concert!
